To attain the Gold Standard, the hooklock was put through rigorous testing by the UK’s premier testing and certification house for security products, Sold Secure. Testing encompassed a number of popular break in and brute force methods including: hammer and chisel, drill attack, snap as well as case manipulation, all of which it passed to Sold Secure’s Gold Standard.
